Homebuyer Education classes teach prospective homeowners how to navigate the home buying process from understanding your finances to the purchasing and lending process. This certified class meets the pre-purchase requirements for many loan assistance programs.

CCSI Homebuyer Education (HBE) classes are offered on Thursdays, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm at the CCSI office for a fee of $99 individual or couple. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Will adjustment schedule if necessary.
